RH ROOFTOP
When the Restoration Hardware Rooftop first opened in Jacksonville’s Town Center, I had to check it out immediately. The photos online just don’t do the interior justice. The atmosphere strikes this perfect balance between cozy comfort and upscale elegance.
Now, let’s talk price for a second. If you’re after really solid, quality flavors, this place delivers. But, your wallet will know it. I’d say it’s ideal for date night or a special night out with the girls. Just keep in mind, the “rooftop” views aren’t exactly sweeping cityscapes. You’re basically looking over the Town Center (IYKYK). But the space itself is beautifully decorated. It is the Restoration Hardware, after all.
Now, on to the food. I’ve been to RH a few times, but here are my favorites so far:
First up, one of my favorite apps, the charcuterie board. A small but well-curated spread of cured meats, cheeses, and light, fluffy bread. It feels fancy and sets the tone for the rest of the meal.
Next up, the lobster roll, which looked like it teleported straight from Maine. A buttery, toasted bun piled with fresh lobster meat. It’s creamy and decadent without being too heavy. If you want a little inland-luxe beach vibe, this is the move.
The truffle fries? No bad notes. Crispy, perfectly salted, with just the right drizzle of truffle oil and parmesan. They’re rich, addictive, and made for sharing… or not ;)
And for something heartier, the French dip sandwich. Juicy roast beef, melty cheese, and that classic au jus for dunking. Warm, savory, and a classic comfort food.
Brunch is next on my list—maybe some mimosas, eggs benedict, or a sweet fluffy pancake? Stay tuned for more!
