TRUE FOOD KITCHEN

Sometimes you want something light, fresh, and energizing — without sacrificing flavor. True Food Kitchen nails that balance. Their seasonal, health-driven menu is packed with vibrant ingredients that taste just as good as they make you feel. Think wellness, but with flavor turned all the way up.

We started with drinks, because let’s be real — their juice game is strong. The Kale Aid was a refreshing green blend of organic kale, ginger, apple, celery, cucumber, and lemon. Clean, crisp, and just the right amount of bite from the ginger. But the star? The Bright Eyes. A sunny mix of pineapple, carrot, apple, ginger, turmeric, beet, and lemon. It was sweet, earthy, zingy — basically liquid gold. Easily my favorite of the two.

For food, we ordered the Wild-Caught Tuna Poke Bowl, served over regenerative black rice with avocado, roasted mushrooms, cucumber, jalapeño, edamame, pickled ginger, and a bright citrus ponzu. The flavors were clean and balanced, and the textures were everything — creamy avocado, chewy black rice, crisp cucumber, and that tender, perfectly marinated tuna.

We also had the Korean Noodle Bowl, made with glass noodles, pickled shiitake mushrooms, organic spinach, carrots, and bean sprouts. It was light but full of umami, with just the right amount of chew from the noodles and a subtle tang from the pickled mushrooms.

The vibe at True Food Kitchen is fresh, modern, and easygoing. With bright interiors and a wellness-forward menu that doesn’t skimp on flavor, this place is perfect for when you want something that feels good and tastes even better.
