MARKER 32
Marker 32 gives off that perfect mix of Southern charm and coastal flavor. The kind of place where the food feels thoughtful, but the vibe stays relaxed. We kicked things off with the complimentary bread basket, which was a solid little assortment that set the tone right.
But the real star of the show? The fried green tomatoes. I cannot say enough good things about them. They were crispy on the outside, warm on the inside, and topped with the creamiest pimento cheese. Tangy, rich, and seriously addictive. This was easily my favorite bite of the night. I honestly considered ordering another round before we even finished the first plate. If you go, you have to get them.
We also tried the fried calamari. It was decent, nothing too memorable, but still a nice little starter. The seared ahi tuna, on the other hand, was super fresh and packed with flavor. Light, clean, and beautifully prepared.
For the main course, we went with the ribeye steak special. It was juicy, rich, and cooked perfectly. A hearty finish that tied the whole meal together.
Marker 32 does a great job of blending laid-back coastal energy with elevated Southern cooking. It’s the kind of spot that feels just right for a chill but special night out. And seriously, do not sleep on those fried green tomatoes ;)
