PURA VIDA MIAMI

If you’re looking for a fresh, healthy, and filling meal that is seriously delicious… you have to check out Pura Vida Miami. We stopped in for lunch at the West Palm Beach location and tried a little bit of everything. Lets just say it did not disappoint.

First up was the Spicy Tuna Bowl – hands down my favorite of the day. It’s got raw wild tuna over cilantro jasmine rice with arugula, avocado, cucumber, radish, scallion, micro cilantro, sesame seeds, ponzu yuzu, and the most amazing spicy aioli. That aioli sauce was everything – creamy, spicy, and just perfect with the tuna. I could eat this bowl every single day.

We also got the Summer Chicken Bowl, which was packed with antibiotic-free chicken, rice, arugula, avocado, pineapple, sweet bell pepper, carrot, sesame seed, and micro cilantro. It comes with a side of spicy soy ginger that brings it all together. Super fresh and satisfying – a great choice if you’re feeling something with an asian flare.

The Pesto Chicken Sandwich was another winner. It’s served on toasted ciabatta with antibiotic-free chicken, arugula, tomato, goat cheese, pesto sauce, and a balsamic glaze drizzle. It even comes with a side of their signature Pura Vida sauce. It’s such a solid option if you’re craving something hearty but still fresh.

For drinks, I got the classic Iced Matcha with Whole Milk and we also tried the Iced Strawberry Matcha with Colostrum – and let me just say, the strawberry matcha was a huge hit with my family. We loved it so much we actually went back the next day just to get another one! It was that good.

And of course, I had to save the best for last… dessert. Obviously, you can tell I have a serious love for matcha, so I hadto try their homemade Pistachio Matcha Cookie. What I really loved about this cookie wasn’t just the taste, but the fact that it was made with just a few natural ingredients. No fake or artificial flavors or sugars—just the real essentials you actually need for baking. For me, the taste and texture were a solid 9/10. It was a little on the sweet side for my personal preference, but the matcha flavor definitely stood out. The cookie itself was soft and chewy, while the pieces of pistachio added the perfect touch with a nice crunch. That texture combo might not be everyone’s thing, but I absolutely loved it.

Pura Vida really nails that beachy, laid-back vibe with fresh, beautiful food that tastes as good as it looks. If you’re in West Palm Beach, definitely make a stop.
